3. Products Offered

The artworks available on the site are described and shown in their original version before manual retouching by the artist. Therefore, slight differences from the images displayed are to be considered normal and characterize the originality and uniqueness of each copy.

4. Prices and Payments

  • Prices: The prices indicated are expressed in Euro and include VAT (if applicable). Shipping costs and any customs duties are specified separately.
  • Payment methods: We accept the following payment methods: Credit cards, PayPal.
  • Secure payment: We use secure payment systems to protect your data.

5. Orders

  • Order acceptance: Orders are considered accepted only after confirmation from us via email.
  • Cancellation: The user can cancel an order only if it has not yet been shipped.
  • Availability: The artworks are sold as unique pieces; in the event of unexpected unavailability, we will promptly contact you for a refund or an alternative solution.

6. Shipping

  • Delivery times: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are indicated in the order confirmation.
  • Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated at the time of order and vary depending on the country and type of shipping chosen.
  • Responsibility: Once delivered to the courier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the customer. Any damages must be reported immediately.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, except in the following cases:

  • Customized or commissioned artworks cannot be returned. To exercise the right of withdrawal:

 

  1. Send a written communication to info@open-mind.it.
  2. Return the artwork in its original condition and packaging.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including texts, images, logos, and graphics, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use of such materials is prohibited.

9. Limitations of Liability

We will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.). Furthermore, we do not guarantee that the site will always be available without interruptions.

10. Privacy

We use users' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milan will have jurisdiction.
